We had only one night from a cruise, but wished we could stay longer at Nice Sea View Elegant. The apartment was excellent, with 3 balconies, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a beautiful living room and separate kitchen. The owner gave us great recommendations for nearby Italian restaurants and beach clubs, and the tram just below the apartment provided easy access to the city center. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The view from this mind-blowing apartment is absolutely jaw-dropping - two sides have a stunning sea view and you can even spot the Acropolis from afar! The location is super, in a safe and non-touristic district near a beautiful marina with a modern promenade and a wide range of restaurants to choose from. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a big group, and having only one apartment on the floor adds to the privacy. The three balconies are a treat, allowing you to enjoy the views even more. the apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware/ kitchen utensils. The air conditioning works great, and there's also a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The lift makes it easy to access the apartment, and the express check-in/-out option is a bonus. The location also provides access to the beach, and with no pets allowed and no smoking on-site, it guarantees a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

the location was perfect, with a tram stop and taxi rank just a two-minute walk away. the apartment itself was fabulous, offering spacious and modern facilities. Manos, the property manager, was extremely helpful and made sure everything was okay during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for both leisure and work trips. There are also plenty of amenities nearby, such as supermarkets and a bakery, and a beautiful promenade by the sea.

Amazing sea views and a spacious terrace made our stay at this elegant apartment truly exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, was a delightful addition, allowing us to start our mornings with a fresh cup of coffee while enjoying the stunning scenery. The two bathrooms were a lifesaver, ensuring that there was no morning rush and giving us ample space to get ready for our day in Athens.
Towels were a bit rough.
